All the varied supporters of Colorado State University Men's Rugby are getting together to develop the five year strategic plan.

The plan calls for a 1-2 day strategic workshop but that is not practical for us.
So our plan is to meet as a small group with coaches, players and interested alumni and parents and go through the tools and set a rough draft of the strategic plan. We will do this within the next three weeks by April 18th.
We then would like to meet with the interested University and potentially broader alumni and parent network through an on campus meeting along with a web and conference call if there is interest from remote alumni and parents.
Interested University parties would be club sports, alumni relations and foundations. Please add to this if there are more interested parties?
Then we would go through the draft plan add the universities input and finalize the plan.
We would like to perform this meeting between April 21st and 30th.
The most important part will be to attract new volunteers and to have them take on specific action items and tasks.

4. Objective and strategy development – Tool 3
5. Draft strategic plan
6. Develop an Implementation plan – Ease/Impact matrix (assign tasks and responsibilities) – Tool 4
7. Communicate vision and plan to key stakeholders
