Excitement Already Growing For Next Season! - Friday, April 09, 2010As we come into our final game week for the 09'/10' rugby season there is already, or still should I say, an ever growing sense of excitement in the air for the possibilities that lie ahead for next season. After achieving so much this year the Ram Rugby players and coaching staff know how much more potential the entire club has when it comes to all things rugby.
After convincingly winning against huge rival CU just a few weeks ago the realization of just how close Ram Rugby is to achieving one of its ultimate goals (a Sweet 16 playoff spot) has truly set in.
Ram Rugby would like to encourage anyone of any sporting background to come out next fall and be a part of what is a great sport, a great team, and most importantly, a great group of men. There are numerous players who have already proven it doesn't matter how little you know about rugby when coming to CSU. Everyone at Ram Rugby makes it their job to teach the new players the game to elevate them to the point of being able to compete for a spot on the A-side.
Join Ram Rugby next fall and see for yourself what all the hype is about regarding one of the highest ranked college teams in the nation, and number one sport in the world!
Also, don't forget to support the Ram Rugby B-Side this weekend in their final tournament of games at them WildWing Rugby fields in Timnath Co. Directions are: Head East on E. Prospect Rd. out of Fort Collins, travel approximately
